Very happy with the services I receive!! I have been coming here for a few years and I have only had one instance where I was not happy but they made it right. Dennis does amazing acrylics!!

Phil did a great job on the nails and the design! cut my cuticles a few times, but I love the way they turned out. He worked pretty quickly and stayed focused on me during the appointment

On March 2, 2024, I visited the nail salon to have my acrylics removed from both my nails and toes. However, during the process, one of the staff members applied excessive force while attempting to remove the acrylics, causing my pinky to bleed. Despite informing her of the discomfort, she continued until the incident occurred. Although she apologized and attributed it to the thickness of the nail, I was left with damage to one side of my nail bed. When I expressed my concerns to the staff, I was met with dismissive responses, including being told that the hour-long process was standard. Despite being a long-time customer, the lack of accountability and poor response from the senior nail technicians led me to the decision to no longer support the business.
