Nice to find a place that offers dinner and breakfast! The breakfast cook (Sonya I think) is a treasure. She is so cheerful and a really good cook. Thanks!

Beware!! Do not stay here! Unsafe and Unclean! So, we found this hotel after searching on google for ones near the springs we wanted to stay at. This one SEEMED to have good reviews but now Im thinking the good reviews have to be from employees or something. 1st off, we arrived and got our room key. As soon as we got out the truck, these rough guys were staring at me and my kids and asking us why we were there. Later we found out that these guys are frequent stayers as in homeless who live here pretty much. Then we got in the room and the carpet was so dirty it was like dingy feeling. The bed had a few bugs in it, and the bathroom floor was dirty and there was a blood smear on the door frame! Then we heard a couple screaming and arguing downstairs and out into the parking lot. When I say shady characters LIVE here, Im not joking. A lot of them look like they are on drugs. We went to the lobby and the receptionist earlier told us there was dinner, so my husband said we would sit down and eat and he would talk to the desk lady about the room issues. The dinner was so uneditable we couldnt eat it! You think you are getting a good deal with a free dinner? No. The rice and beans were undercooked and the roll was cold and hard. Normally we do not waste food, but the food was inedible. We threw them away. Then I went to get a cup of tea out of the dispensary and there was mold in it! Meanwhile there were a bunch of unsupervised kids around the property, even 2 fighting in the courtyard. After my husband talked to the desk lady we got a new room and asked her if we could check it out. As soon as we walked in there, it reeked of smoke and weed. It was just as dirty as the other room so we turned around and I went back to the desk. I told the lady we didnt think we could stay here and she cut me off and said well you arent getting a refund. Then she asked for the keys back which I told her my husband had the other one which he was getting our suitcase out of the 1st room. She snapped and acted like we were criminals and said yea cause Ill need to search both these rooms thoroughly now since you are leaving quickly. Like what? We are a family who doesnt want to stay at this dirty drug hotel, we arent criminals. But you have some living there Im sure! Then she said and you ate the supper! I just nodded my head and gave her the keys. I didnt want to argue with the fact that shes probably making people sick from the food they are serving. It was the worst hotel Id ever seen, and we didnt feel safe from the tenants or staff the whole time. Please do not stay here with your family! There are much safer hotels more near the lake city area!

Great value, room was spotless, bathroom was clean and like new. Bed, bedding, good quality.

The tv was not the best to control.with remote. The tub drain had not been cleaned out. Had a razor cap in it and hair. The base of the toilet needs a better cleaning. The breakfast was very filling. The over all look and location was great.

Great room and terrific breakfast made with a cook and hot meal at night also with a cook.
