        I HIGHLY do not recommend this hotel! My experience was very disappointing and the hotel staff was very dismissive to the issues I brought up. When I first walked into the room with my family I was greeted with a strong cigarette odor (I booked non smoking room) that was hard to miss when you walk into the room. Then when checking the bathroom there was an unflushed toilet with feces in the bowl. I was shocked and questioned the rest of the room's cleanliness. I went to the front desk to explain this situation and I was told that they could not change my room and they did not even apologize for the state the room was in. I was shocked how the entire staff did not seem to care about my concerns. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
