        We are from NY and we were looking for our dream home in Florida. Charlie was very kind and detail oriented. Knowing we were both on social security he wanted to make sure we did not purchase something we could not pay for monthly, along with the HOA. He helped us get our dream home. We just purchased our home on 4/28/23 in Solivita a 55+ community located in Kissimmee, FL. We will be moving in shortly. Our dreams could have come through without Charlies help.

If I can rate higher than 5 stars most definitely will.Charlie is absolutely professional and very skilled. He actually listened to what my parents wanted. Always willing to answer questions. Does beyond what is expected. Still willing to help our after the closing. The fact that he was bilingual was great.
