We just closed on our house as a seller and I would definitely not use her again. Be sure to get hard copies of each version of your contract! And review carefully!! Listing descriptions did NOT correspond with contract and cost us an additional $1800 at closing. Lorraine was the realtor.

Update: Vendor responded saying I was never a customer. Correct! We evaluated you and you intentionally lowballed us by $100k so we didn't hire you and never will! -- Great for investment buyers, terrible for sellers. They work really hard to manipulate you into thinking that your that your home is worth less than it actually is so that they can nab a quick sale and call themselves the top sellers in the area. Really they are bringing down comps in the area and selling almost exclusively to investors, which of course works well for their bottom line. My advice is to not trust this agency to sell your home. They wanted us to list it for over $100k less than the first offer we received with another realtor! Unbelievable!
