My wife and I decided in 2021 to buy investment property in Orlando and friend of ours recommended Sofia and her team. Since we live in Canada we needed someone reliable in Orlando, and I can say we were more than lucky that we found Sofia. From our initial e-mail to finalizing the purchase Sofia was more than helpful and proactive. She was always available, even after hours and on the weekends. She answered so many questions and clarified all the doubts we had. Even more, she visited all properties that we were interested in and provided photos, videos and personal review of each condo which was really essential for us at the time. When we decided to go ahead with the offer she followed through the complete procedure. Once the condo was in our possession we asked her to help us renovate it before we could find a tenant. I can only say her service was 10/10. She found and organized local contractors, with competitive prices and fast turnaround. Once the condo was renovated she found a tenant for us as well. If you need a real-estate agent, property management services or both, we can highly recommend Sofia and her team.
