Jude gave us excellent representation, both on the sale of our home and the purchase of another. She listened to our needs and desires and gave great advice on how to achieve them. Her knowledge of the market and negotiation tactics and contract drafting are outstanding. She gave great referrals for required repairs on the home we sold and for improvements on the home we purchased. She guided us through the entire process.
