Luan is the best realtor, hands down! I went through many different realtors before finding Luan & let me just say I was not an easy customer to deal with specifically because of my cash buying situation and it being my first time purchasing a home through a trust, I was very picky and had lots of questions and doubts, we literally thought we would never find a home. However, when we found Luan, she absolutely went above and beyond in making sure we found the perfect fit for us within our price range. Luan was always available to show us properties literally across towns! Sometimes shed take us to one town then across town to another, on the same day! Luan was very professional and worked very hard to satisfy our wants and needs. She knew exactly what she was doing and went, literally, above and beyond for us. It has been over 1 year since Luan helped us go through the process of buying the home we live in, and I still can not believe everything she did for us. I am very grateful to have found her and if I ever have to purchase, sell or do anything related to real estate she will be my first call. I would also highly recommend her. Put me on an automated list. Ignored the property I asked about numerous times and I'm a cash buyer. I get a sales text every other day from these people the "assistant", and nobody ever responds to the message. Waste of time and poor business to just spam people who use their phone for income.
