        Our stay was superb , located near to every attractions. If your looking for relaxation this is the perfect place for a big family!!! The best part of my stay was the tub i am definitely booking again!!! Oh ANGIE you made the process of checking in and out easy

        They canceled their VRBO 2 weeks before we were going to arrive in Orlando. They tried to give us a smaller and further out location for the same price and because of that offer they wanted US to cancel through VRBO. We called VRBO and then VRBO had them cancel with us. I had to put the deposit down via PayPal and they required "friends and family" or us to pay the extra percentage. And when they reimbursed the PayPal they did it via gifts and services so I lost 3.5% on the deal. Horrible experience. I won't do anything with Orlando Short term and it even turned me off of VRBO because VRBO didn't seem to care that we lost our rental 2 weeks before our vacation.
