This was my first ever bounce house rental for any of my children parties. I was not only pleased with the cost of the rental but the whole process was easy online, contract was very clear and paying it online was not a hassle. The crew came exactly on time, not only did they hook us up with the waterslide option (I could only afford the dry bounce house and it was super hot and for no extra charge they gave my children the best birthday experience ever) but it was set up easy, fast and they took a lot of time to disinfect and clean the exterior and interior. When I came out to offer them a bottle of water, they had already left like night ninjas 😂🤷 We got an extra day with no charge which made it even more magical because we as a family were able to enjoy the bounce house alone the day after. For us this past year has been a trying year and with Covid-19 just threw a monkey wrench in all of our lives. This memory will stay in our hearts and minds forever and having the great customer service will definitely make me come back for another event. Thank you for continuing to bring happiness and joy to each event you set up even during this pandemic. We are very happy with the company and rental.

Thank you to happy face entertainment for allowing us to rent on such short notice. My little girl was so happy to have an extra couple of hours more with the bouncy house so thank you for picking it up at a later time.

SCAMMER!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! Deserves 0 stars I made a payment on a foam machine party package and not only were they late after an hour of waiting on them to set up they tell me the machine is broken and couldn't do it. As you may imagine the kids were all disappointed after the long wait only to be told it wasnt going to happen. Then the owner william tells me to my face he will give me a full refund and after 2 months of back and fourth calls and text messages again I got $0. I wouldnt believe some of the 5 star reviews do your research the company has been reported to the better business bureau for bad business.

Love this company, so many things to choose from there website. I Had alot of kids from my son school , neighbors and from my work, that confirmed. And we where going crazy, not knowing what to get. And they helped us organize, all my event and I was all stress free. I rented a bouncy house, tables, chairs, tent, popcorn machine and snow cone machine and they brought it to me, a day ahead of time. The kids entertaiment was amazing too, they came the same day of the party, the time I schedule them to come as a surprise. We had pony rides and the train for kids, a Magician and Balloons Artist and Face Painting. They where all so amazing!!! All the Kids where having a blast. My son was so amazing happy! And all my guest too. Thank you for all your help Happy Face Entertaiment. Awsome Costumer Service. Best birthday ever.
