I must say I had such good customer service. I thank party time for helping me my party a great success. I had a situation on my behalf. But Party time let me know they would be their for me.we all know how much work goes into on giving a good party.Their is so many jobs to take care of. Between getting the present and the food to buy and cook and all the decorations. We know it can be all lot of work and time to get it all done. So I crewed something up. Use this company to rent tables for all my event's and I never have issues they are always so flexible with drop off and pick up. Very professional

It was bad service overall, from beginning to end, there was no attention to detail, impolite and rude, her employees seemed upset, unhappy and untrained. I would never give a cent of my hard earn money to this business, bad!

This wedding planer was very disorganized, obviously she had no experience and shouldnt pretend to be an expert and make people believe she is. She didnt brind professional people to do the job. She sat me and my family in three different tables, we were told not to get food until being called, and completely forgot about our table and other tables, we were left without any food, In fact I never saw her working, very bad service and made the Parents of the bride look very bad!

This company hosted my nieces wedding about a week ago. Sarai, the lady who was in charge of every little detail messed up a lot of things. The tables did not have any numbers. How are guests supposed to know where t0 go with out there being numbers on the tables? She had a horrible attitude when asked about it. Everyone went up to her to ask where the tables were and as she is holding a map of the layout of the room she didn't even know where each table was. SHE BLAMED THE BRIDE FOR THIS! And on top of that, she was telling the guests that the reason why the tables didn't have any numbers was the brides fault. So unprofessional! Blaming another person for her mistakes. She also gave people an attitude when she was being approached about it. She looked lost and she showed zero interest! Some people weren't able to eat because of her lack of organization. She didn't even have people there to serve each guest to control the portions, and for that reason a lot of guests did not eat and this caused them to leave early. I can honestly say that she did not put any effort into this wedding. Someone who calls herself a wedding planner should be able to work under stress and should be able to deliver a great service under any kind of pressure or circumstances. I will not recommend her for any type of event !!!
