Radiology and Imaging Specialists - Kissimmee

Great experience! From the moment we walked in until the moment we exited the building. Desiree was very informative and made us feel at ease while we were in the room. I brought my 2 year old to have an ultrasound done and Desiree was very nice to her and patient. We also got results for my 17 year old right away! The facility is clean with enough room space. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Getting a person for a hard copy of results which i am legally entitled to receive in a timely manner is impossible. I will blast them on social media and urge bloggers out there to do the same. In the meantime will find out what legal avenues are available to me.

My experience at RIS in Dyer, Kissimmee was amazing. Starting with the reception they opened exactly at 7:30 am and called me right away. Desiree was fenomenal and provided us with an excellent and professional customer service! Thanks!

This radiology branch has good customer service. I will not hesitate to recommend it. We didn't have an appointment and yet they were able to assist us. The front desk staff is very friendly and the office manager is also very attentive.

My experience today was outstanding!!! I drive from far to come to this branch. The whole staff is amazing from the front desk to the Techs. The office Manager MELISSA is also very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The KISSIMMEE CENTER is new, spacious and very clean. Their equipment is state of the art. To anyone who complains about waiting times, be patient, this center is taking care of the sick. The staff is very concerned about all their patients and is very kind. PLEASE have some sympathy and respect the staff and be understanding.
