I cannot give enough stars to the team at the imaging center! They went above and beyond to resolved all the issues I had with my scheduled appointment, Maria was so caring and compassionate, the healthcare system needs more people like her and this team. They all took care of me from the moment I arrived to my appointment until I got my ultrasound done. Kudos to a job well done! Ill be back next year for my annual mammogram

Tried to contact them via phone and they hang up on me. Terrible assistance and Customer Service for X-Rays, Imaging and even billing department.

Always is excellent the attention from the front desk to the medical steps. Some times is the schedule department which made some mistakes like giving the patient 2 procedure with 30 minutes apart in 2 different locations, but the Kissimmee location in our case, take care the situation and perform both test. One more time thanks to the Supervisor and thechnics for the cooperation and solidarity with the patients.

I havent visited this location yet but I just wanted to say I was just helped out by a lovely lady named Bonnie, on the phone. She scheduled my appointment and went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant and easy for me. Such a lovely lady! Give her a raise!!! Because honestly 9 times out of 10 I dont get that level of customer service in scheduling. Thank you, Bonnie!
