We came out from across town to this specific Mattress Firm, there are several to pick from and liked this one.

So friendly and helpful - wonderful customer service. Luis was very knowledgable and happy to help us even when it seemed we might test mattresses there but buy later elsewhere. With his help finding such great prices, we ultimately chose to purchase from him right there in the store. Thank you!

Chad was very helpful. We purchased a Beautyrest Black C-class medium queen mattress. Delivery was great and the warranty tag showed the manufacturing date as the previous week. The price was very good. Within the first week we noticed the beginnings of body impressions, which was a serious problem with our previous Saatva mattress that caused us to replace it with this Beautyrest. After the first month the "hard ridge in the middle" was beginning to be quite noticeable along with the valleys on each side- about an inch difference in height. We've rotated the mattress a couple of times. We'll give it a couple of more weeks, but I'm afraid that we'll have to return it which will cost us a few hundred dollars under the terms of the 120 day not-free trial period. We bought our first Beautyrest about 40 years ago and it did quite well for about 20 years. I guess that the costs are way up and the quality or type of materials is way down. So we're back in the search for a comfortable mattress that won't sag over time.

The service was good. I just bought two pillows but Eddie helped me and checked my alignment while trying out the pillow. The pillows were shipped to me and it just took a few days. They arrived today. Only problem, the strong chemical smell of the new pillows. We are washing the covers and airing out the foam pillow hoping the strong smell will dissipate in a few days. Definitely cannot sleep on the pillow yet. Im sitting on my sofa typing this, the pillows are leaning against the screen of our slider, 12 feet from me, and I can smell the foam off gassing, at least I hope is it off gassing. If I get a chance I will try to update this review.

I purchased an Icomfort mattress made by Serta back in Nov 2021. I have to say that customer service was great. No issues during purchase or delivery. And the product sold provided as promised. But I have an issue with quality I noticed recently a small tear in the fabric on the top of the mattress. I contacted the claims department via Internet to provide my concern and issue. To my surprise, I was turned down for any warranty on my mattress. There should be better and clear clarification on what is covered and what is not. But my mattress Is not cheap to begin with, and I cant believe that there is no coverage on my mattress claim. I am Careful and protect the mattress with a special cover from spill stains, etc. Still in return, there is damage. Mattress firm wont take no responsibility. Very disappointed. I called and spoke to the claims department today And all they said, is we mailed you a card with what is covered and what is not, which I havent received yet. I was advised : If i would like to Reach out to Serta they may be able to advise me if there is a fabric cover replacement. This is ridiculous. 2000.00 down the drain. Its all about sales nowadays to make the money and forget about the customers satisfaction and needs.
