The worst experience, completely disappointed, more than a month waiting for a bed that I already paid for, and they only give me excuses and lies and always tell me, it will arrive this week without fail and so more than 1 month has passed.

I would like to give them 0 star. Unfortunately it is not possible. I bought a set of rooms from you for my son on February 25th. Today is April 9, 2024, as of today 44 days have passed, it never arrived. 20 days ago I was in the store and the owner promised me that in 10 days he would deliver it to me. 8 days ago I returned and it was agreed that he would refund my money. To this day Mr. does not appear. Time is worth money, don't waste money, much less time. Go to any furniture store even if it is more expensive than this one. not worth it. I had to make a claim with American Express to get my money back since no one gave me solutions. (The lady who took care of me! She did it in the best way. But the solution is not in her hands. I will never return here. I prefer to sleep on the floor than to come and waste my time and money here. Don't make the mistake I made. .

Najeh Alhindi store manager is a rude despot The furniture is in poor condition and he does not answer the phone to help his clients. Customers It has very bad shape The experience I'm having is horrible.

A depressing service, I made a purchase of more than $5,000.00 in furniture and several of the pieces arrived in poor condition and when I make a complaint to the store manager Najeh Alhindi they don't even want to answer my call. I am asking for my part to replace the damaged furniture and pay for it. Recommendation: do not buy a vase here.

I got financing approved with synchrony bank and they have yet to bring me my new furniture. They delevered the dipaly furniture because i had no furniture now it seems he wants me to keep it and pay 5300 for used or displayed furniture whn he the manager suggested to get the furniture until the new came in and they would deliver it. To this day they have not brought me new furniture and the driver hit my car in my driveway whn they left and theybdenied it. They teuly are scammers and i am going ro tke them to court. This is ridiculous. Do not be fooled by these 2 they are the worst.
