Most unprofessional place ever, I can never get ahold of someone. And now that I cancelled my policy moving forward it's like no one exists even worst than before. I submitted my new proof of insurance to them and no one got back to me . Now my car is suspended because someone didn't do their job. All you needed to do was just send it over to the DMV and let me cancel. They didn't even process it until a month later. We're in December why am I still working on this situation. This isn't a place you want to take care of your livelihood. I don't write reviews but this really needs to be address within your team members.If you don't like your job don't work in that environment. These are peoples lives you're messing with, do onto others as you would do to yourself. Being a human being isn't hard.
