      image My husband and I had USAA insurance for several years and the rates just became far too astronomical. My dad recommended I reach out to his agent, Sandy O'Connor, to see if I could lower my rates; as most middle-aged children believe, I was skeptical and hesitant to take his recommendation, but I am so glad I did! Sandy was so patient and thorough and helped my husband and I substantially lower our various insurance policies, as in nearly an order of magnitude lower. We had some difficulties with registering my car due to several different model types, but she was so patient and made sure that everything was correct and contacted us when the rate slightly fluctuated after review. Having such a detailed professional who treats you like a family member or long-term friend makes us feel so comfortable in this crazy time for insurance. Thank you, Sandy!
