        Mixed here. When buying my insurance (Bristol West) the lady was SUPER helpful. All good. Very happy. Would have been a 5 star easy. When I decided not to continue with the insurance after the cover period I had issues. The issues were mainly on the Bristol West side. BUT, I wish Estrella had been more helpful here. They were copied in on every communication. But since there was no more money to be made I guess, there was less interest from their side. Sad.
