I love this place. Its important to read the daily activities to take advantage of everything the resort has to offer. I would only suggest for them to fix the EV chargers since they are limited. Also give a limit so people are not plugged in for days. Nearby activities: We rented a boat tiki and it was amazing. Safety: Safety is great!! Food & drinks: Food and drinks are also amazing

Bakers is in a beautiful location and has enormous potential. The beaches are flat and one is in a small cypress forest. The staff is mostly very friendly. The waiting times at check-in, breakfast and dinner could be shortened with trained staff and good management. Housekeeping leaves rooms only moderately clean. Overall, the facility is not well maintained and the cleanliness does not correspond in any way to the prices charged! I don't think Ms. Hilton would stop here The good thing: with simply more and trained staff and better management that places value on service and, above all, cleanliness, this hotel would become a recommendable address Greetings Marcel

2nd trip here. Love the resort feel and the included activities. If you do not plan on fishing, biking, kayaking or paddle boarding, I would suggest a different hotel. All these extra items make the trip. Very family friendly and laid back environment. Second best to leaving the country and going to an all-inclusive. This trip around there was a wedding Saturday, Sunday and Monday that closed off half of the beach (hammock) from 12-8pm which was a bummer. Guests should be forewarned if there's going to be so many weddings during their stay to making half the resort beach unavailable. Overall, this is my favorite Hilton to stay at. I would love to see a lock on the bathroom door though also I could hear every word my neighbor said from their room. Onsite food and drinks are $$$$$.

Please heed this warning and do not choose this hotel, such a horrible experience! Should have known at check in I made a huge mistake when I was told to make sure to return my towels to the towel machine and it reads my room key otherwise they will charge a service fee for unreturned towels!?! Not that I am one of those that would just leave my used towels hanging around, but now I have to worry if the damn machine doesnt register my return I will get charged, absolutely outrageous. But that just the very beginning. First dont be fooled, there is no adult pool, kids of all ages, at all different times of the day swimming and playing ball in what they reference as the adult pool. Multiple staff saw multiple times and did nothing. Second, they have no smoking policy though they claim they do. You can smoke anything, anywhere, the balconies, beaches, does matter, again the staff will not say anything to stop you, which when I was a smoker I would have loved, now not so much. Third, if you like to sit on a chair or lounger at the beach youll need to wake up at 7 am to place a towel and claim a chair otherwise you will spend the day searching for a place to sit. They simply do not have nearly enough chairs to accommodate everyone. Everyday I watched people walk up and down the beach in hopes of snagging a seat. I heard so many quests complaining how on their vacation they are forced to wake up at sunrise just to get a seat, and the beach is tiny so they pack you in like sardines. Take a look at the photos and imagine over 400 people wedged in, its pathetic. Its like you sitting on strangers laps. Fourth, if you like your room cleaned each day I assure you it will not happen. We stayed 7 days and each day we left by 8am and returned after 4 and three times even though we called ahead to requested the room be cleaned, it was not and to be honest even when it was cleaned it was done poorly. Fifth, if you want to eat I suggest ordering two hours prior. Not that the restaurant is busy, its just that for some reason no matter what you order, and no matter when, it will take them at least an hour and half to prepare a sandwich. The room rate was $1,027.00 per night, we stayed in the infamous Coconut Beach section, huge waste of money, not impressed at all, and actually Hammock Beach is much more peaceful. Lastly, the staff is rude as hell, act like they are doing you a favor by checking you in or bringing you towels because the room was never cleaned. All in I spent over 11k at this hotel for 7 days and it was by far the very worst hotel I have ever stayed in. That said I have to give credit where credit is due they do have the best showers, great water pressure and spacious. I guess thats what my 11k got me, a nice shower. Please choose anywhere else to stay, I would hate for someone else to make the same mistake.
