The return process through the app was a little confusing. But other than that I was happy w/ my first truck rental. Will use again if needed. Friendly staff and pretty affordable.

I am so mad I could slap both the employees working here today.
Called and made a reservation for a car tow.
Just to drive 6 hours and them me. It's over weight capacity for the vehicle I called in to make a reservation with.

DANIEL LIED ABOUT THE DEPOSIT, HE SAID IT WAS 49.00 BUT TOOK A 100.00 OFF MY CARD AND I DIDN'T GET MY REFUND BACK FOR THE TRUCK RENTAL IN 2023

Daniel failed to tell me about the 100 deposit until I arrived to pick up the truck! The two cashiers didnt even know how to ring up half-debit half-cash payment. The cashiers also told me that the remainder of my deposit would be back on my debit card at 7am the next morning. Another Lie.
When returning the truck, the Uhaul app had no record of my rental. I tried calling as it was midnight, but was put on hold until my phone died.
I don't know how the other locations run their business but this was a total fail and I will never be back.
Either you be honest with your customers or don't do business at all.
