Its interesting how you can demand money but you dont even have any customer support that will answer the phone. This is a nice scam company and its so funny because all the commercials are talking about how Jea is run by locals so its people who care and stuff such a joke .

After my last payment (in person, as usual, so that I can obtain a receipt immediately) I now COMPLETELY understand the low ratings JEA receives given that they have NO COMPASSION OR ACCOMMODATIONS WHATSOEVER FOR ELDERLY AND/OR HANDICAPPED PERSONNEL. At JEA's prior headquarters, there was no need to climb any stairs or any ramp(s) to get to a payment booth WHERE A CUSTOMER COULD INTERACT WITH A HUMAN BEING INSTEAD OF A MACHINE. Parking at the old location was also more convenient than at the new location. To get to the payment center at the new location, the customer (elderly, handicapped, or whatever) MUST climb steep step from the street level, which, by the way, is totally unprotected from the elements in contrast to the old location.

place is a joke, nothing else to write home about. They're ruthless in everything they do. Ran by fat cats at the top with a monopoly on jacksonville and they know it. All you have to do is go to their "agility tryouts" for one of their entry jobs and see what a joke it is. Never mind the high prices or anything else, just go there and watch a bunch of fat higher ups sit there and watch you dig holes for 25 minutes and try to saw through stuff you've never seen in your life before in 2 minutes flat. These guys think they're olympic athletes and it's hysterical. None of that means you can show up to the job on time or anything else. You can level yourself up with some Dbol at your local gym, stroll through their tryouts and make a mockery of it. Then once you're on the job, they find out you're just a druggy who knows how to pass a drug test. Most of the times you see these guys they're just sitting in their trucks anyway, pay attention to when you see them out and about. I do maintenance at a local publix and one guy sat in his truck behind the place last week for SIX HOURS and NEVER got out.
