Kristin and Greg were absolutely awesome today. I HOPE IM SPELLING NAMES RIGHT However Kristin thank you for allowing me to have a personable experience at Subway as I once did as a child rather than processing me through the Subway App. I enjoy interacting with my sandwich technician at Subway and the fact that Kristin cared to give me exactly what i was wanting in asandwich was grand. Thank you for being kind you two!

This is the worst subway I've ever been to. A lady with glasses kept caughing on her shoulder and said it was because of "her allergies". They smiled as i left like she was doing it on purpose. I was very kind to them and did not desserve the sarcasm or unsanitary mistreatment

I go to subway for lunch all the time. Today a hard nut got mixed in with my sub and I broke a tooth because of it. This location refused to refund me because I had no receipt. After work, I dug through a garbage can and drive back to the subway with the receipt I'm hand. The guy avoids me and leaves me standing at the counter for 5 min. Then he refuses to still issue a refund. They claim its policy that I need to return the receipt and the sub ?!? The guy was composure unprofessional both calls. He acted like I was just trying to get something free. No. I now have to go to the dentist because of your stores negligence so ya at the very least give me my money back. Oh and the same guy refused to let me soak to a manager. He lied and said he's a manager and then told me on the 2nd call that he's not.
