Needed a leak in the roof repaired. After having multiple companies come out and give similar estimates, I went with Roof Crafters due to the extensive warranty provided. Peyton, the estimator that reviewed our issue and the primary POC for Roof Crafters was a pleasure to work with. He came out to the house and took several photographs via drone, explained the issue, and gave us multiple options to choose from. At no time did he try to pressure one product over the other. Instead just explained the details of each product. Since the roof would most likely need to be replaced within a few years we went ahead and did a reroof instead of just repairing. Throughout the entire process Peyton kept us abreast of what was going on and what to expect. The reroofing itself took only a day for a 2000 square foot single story house. A few visits afterwards by the site manager were completed to wrap up minor details (picking up left behind nails, painting, etc) Since The Repair there have been several storms that would normally trigger the leak but the reroof has resolved that issue. The 50 year warranty provides peace of mind and also reduced our home owners insurance.
