E AND A REALTY INVESTMENTS

My husband and I have been working with Ericka for a year and a half almost now. They worked together in the Navy years back. What started off as a great investment turned into her just flat out taking our money. She has refused communication now. She owes us thousands of dollars. She tells us some sob story about how she fell on hard times and will give us some money soon and the day comes and she never comes through. We aren't the only ones either she has done this to. I'm unsure what happened to our money, but I know we will never see it back. Caution when working with her on any level.

Was reached out about how they receive "reports" that I am looking to sell. I asked where they get these reports from and the person refused to answer. I asked because I have no been trying to sell. This alone feels sketchy and should be reported. Will looking into finding out the proper steps of why this company would reach out to me out of the blue.

We have signed the purchase agreement for the purchase of one of my resident properties dated Jan 8, 2022, and SOLD AS-IS and pay CASH and supposed closing date was Feb 8, 2022, and I have attempted to reach E & A Realty Investments (Erica Cook) multi-times for the closing matters and the escrow deposit money, from Feb to March 2022, it has been unsuccessful, however, Erica Cook has tried to ask me to lower the original purchase price down to $5000 and more, I refused, since she did not proceed for the closing on or before March 8, 2022, it has been breach our purchasing agreement, in addition, she did not transfer the escrow deposit payment to the title company in a timely manner, but she agreed to return the expenses on March 15, 2022, however, I sent her multi-times and message for the agreed payment, I am still waiting for her reply, if I missed the payment, please contact me immediately.
