Erica Elliot was nothing short of amazing selling our home and a few accepting offers within 48 hours. Shes a go getter and has so many connections. Whether its a need of a plumber, selling some of our home furnishings, or hauling away what we could donate to others in such a timely manner was truly remarkable. Shes extremely professional, always available for the littlest question or request. All of the paper work (e-docs) was spot on, getting an inspector within days, and a videographer to showcase our home for the market was perfect! Shes like an energizer bunny 24/7. Theres no doubt in our minds that we hit the jackpot when being referred to Erica Elliot. If theres ever a need for a real estate agent, she will definitely be our go to gal! Erika is great ! I have been trying to find the perfect home for a while . I never felt rushed or pressured into buying . She made sure that she understood what I was looking for and what was important to me . No matter what she was always willing and available to go out and look at houses. Erika was such a pleasure to work with! She was knowledgeable about all of the areas we were looking in to purchase a home and gave us really great insight. We were not local to the area so Erika made great efforts to help us virtually but also dedicated a lot of time to help us tour homes in person on our very time-limited schedule.
