They should rename - Kingdom Ignores You.
How many calls and voicemails are necessary for a response regarding a leaking roof and potential mold?! Apparently 4 doesnt cut it.
Highly recommend Kingdom if you want zero assistance and to spend your time managing resolution to an issue that clearly falls in your HOAs purview.
