The Board of Directors of The Cottages at Greenland would like to acknowledge Elizabeth (Edge) Johnson for her efforts in getting our Accounts Receivables under control. She is the Administrative Assistant for our property management company, RiverLane Management. In April of last year we had 67 out of 160 units with past due balances. We are now down to only 11 with a balance over $100.00. She answers calls from owners, gives direction on how to access their AR system and has been sending friendly reminders each month, which our owners are clearly responding to. Elizabeth, you are doing an excellent job and we appreciate you!

Elizabeth (Beth) at RiverLane is wonderful. I think to many times people forget how trying it is to deal with the general public and a little kindness goes a long way. It nice to be nice and I appreciate all that Beth does. Thanks again.

Elizabeth is the best. She is always so nice and helpful. She has gone out of her way to make sure any of my issues were resolved. She is a pleasure to work with and I'm glad I met her.
