One of the best property management companies Ive utilized. Charles and his company were always prompt on any issues and upfront on any inspections. They were always willing to coordinate or assist in any way possible. This house served a special time in between the selling of our previous home and relocating out of state. We chose this house due to the location to both of our kids school off Hodges. We loved the neighborhood and our neighbors so much. I felt extremely safe in this home and Im very appreciative of that. Thank you Valiant for making the rental process easy during our transition time.

The team at valiant realty & management were prompt in reaponding to inquiries and service requests. They handled all matters in a courteous and professional manner and were able to bring in third party vendors to ensure the property was maintained safe throughout our stay.

When looking for a property management company we shopped around. Charles at Valiant got back to us quickly and answered all our questions. We decided to move forward, and Nina was assigned as our property manager. She has been very easy to get a hold of and gets anything needed done at the property smoothly and quickly.
