I've had the pleasure of working along side of Stellar for 10 years now and cannot say enough great things about both Adam, Ernie and the business they run. Association Management is often a thankless industry with a tremendous amount of turnover, so having the professionalism, consistency, and transparency from both Adam and Ernie has been great to work with over the years. THE worst. I liked Stellar initially. Then they collapsed and our condos have SERIOUS problems that likely could have been prevented. I will update this as events unfold.

Stellar Properties has to be one of the worst property management companies in North Florida. Ernie is an unlicensed CAM and has put our community in financial risk. Adam who is the licensed CAM has no involvement in our community and is focused on selling real estate and not property management. The state of Florida should shut them down!

After dealing with Ernie as our property management company and not always agreeing I can say he actually is a decent person. I give them 4 stars for ability to stay professional and knowledgeable.
