Our small law firm has used Sissines for the past four years for copier services. We were happy to renew our lease for another five years, but during that process, our sales representative, Brian, also shared with us about the other services Sissines provides. In addition to extending our copy machine services, we ended up purchasing a new phone system through Sissines, and also engaged them for our firms IT needs. We received exceptional service throughout the installation of our new copy machines and our new phone system, and had a smooth and easy on-boarding process for the IT services. Their IT Department immediately identified several areas where we could improve efficiency (for very little cost). We are happy to now have Sissines as our one stop shop for any copier, phone system, or IT needs, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them in the years to come. Highly recommend!

We had a bad paper jam with a label stuck in our printer. I filed a service ticket through their website and relayed that it was an urgent matter. Sissine's had a tech out here to our business and fixed the jam within an hour and a half. Excellent customer service!
