Poor customer service. Poor communication. Poor service. Just switched carriers to Sherwin. Probably going back to PPG. Showed me why I didn't use them in the first place. Placed an order. Somehow went missing. Had to make 2 trips because the store clerks didn't know what I was talking about days after calling in a order. Called in to talk to the manager. He was rude as well. Interrupted me several times. Upcharged me after going back the second time from their first screw up Won't be going back to Sherwin at all. Would give 0 stars if I could
