        We came over to have a check endorsed. Super friendly folks, prompt service. It looks like they used to have only one person on staff that could endorse, and now have a bunch. I previously read some of the vitriolic reviews, and while people have legitimate grievances against US Bank, these guys just do home mortgage stuff for them... so it's kind of weird to see people hate on them for banking services stuff that's unrelated to their office.

        USBank doesn't care about the consumer. Won't move payment dates no matter what. Also they will charge up to $30 in late fees. Don't use USBank. They are what's wrong with corporate America. It's about the money not their customers.
