I hate to leave this review because we have been going here for years. They have lost 3 customers myself, my son, my daughter and all my family members that I would of referred them to this place. My daughter just got her phone fixed 2/14 and paid over $100. Her screen messed up again and she went back 2/23. He told her she would have to pay another $100 because he can tell she dropped it. This isn't a cracked screen issue but more of a display issue that made her screen black which is the same issue she took it in for the 1st time. So obviously this was a defective part that he would not honor. He told her it depends on her luck if the phone will mess up after dropping it. I dropped my phone tons of times and never had this issue happen right after just getting phone fixed. It's funny because my family member just asked me about getting an old phone they had fixed and I referred them here. I will now tell her not to go here. I will never return to this place after going for years with my family.

Update (9/25/23): Re-Konekt is still five stars. Another device suffered a cracked screen and it was repaired quickly and for a fair price. I used to bring my broken devices here because the location is convenient but here's why I will remain a loyal customer: the owner was able to fix an annoying iPhone charging issue in about 2 minutes and didn't charge me for his effort. I asked how much it would cost to have the charging port replaced but it turns out the issue was pocket lint -- I had tried all the internet tricks but he had a special tool and now my phone works perfectly again. I was seriously about to buy a new one this month. This type of customer service is rare these days, but it's what will keep me a loyal customer for years to come. I strongly recommend Re-Konekt if you need any broken devices repaired! --------------------------------------- (Original Post) My cracked phone screen was repaired within 20 minutes while I waited in my car, and the total cost was 25% less than another repair shop I called. If you make a reservation online you'll save an extra $10. Great service and price. Highly recommend.
