We have used Joanie twice, once for our home purchase and once for its sale. Joanie is simply the best. We've worked with several other realtors in the past who were very good, but Joanie tops them all. She is very conscientious about details, following up on open items, working for her clients' best interest, providing the benefit of her long experience, and opening doors that seem closed. Living in another state now, we hope to find another "Joanie" for our next real estate transaction.
