This is the first Review I have ever written because Joeys service was a 10 out of 5 stars. Our house was on the market for 2 days before getting an all cash offer well over asking. Also is help and knowledge of everything that goes into selling a home made our obstacles selling as easy as could be. He will be the only person I work with in the future.

I really cannot give enough praise to Joey. As a new, first time buyer I did not know what to do or where to start. Joey came highly recommend to me by my coworkers. I texted him and had a response immediately. Joey was very good at prompt communication helping this journey be a lot less stressful than it could have been. He toured an endless amount of properties with me and was extremely patient. Joey always kept me in the loop and I was always updated as to the status of my offers. This is a tough market to get into and Joey made it happen for me! Joey made my dream become a reality when he notified me that my offer was accepted even though the chances were slim to none. He was honest and I always knew exactly what was happening with the market. I will work with Joey again in the future and will recommend him to others. Joey is the best!!! Communication is key to being a realtor- and communicating with Joey is a breeze. Very knowledgeable about the area which was fantastic for us since we were moving from TN to FL. He helped us iron out all the details about the house buying process in Florida, all while we were all the way in Tennessee. The process was so much easier with having a great realtor by our side. Highly recommend Joey to anyone and everyone.
