I really assisted Dr. Penate, she was very helpful in my situation, she handles her professionalism well, I felt confident to unburden myself with someone foreign to me, and each therapy I attended was very helpful for me and I understand that we always have ups and downs in our life she was a gentle , respectful and direct person.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. Dr Penate talked at me for most of my session. Her comments seemed borderline judgmental. She seemed to have a lot of availability which I should have taken as a red flag!

Dr. Penate was the best . She was very aware and always attentive. Dr. Penate made me think of different ways to handle a lot of situations. She made my world a lot more worth meaningful . Dr. Penate is a genuine and authentic person. Great professionalism and very down to earth .
