If you are evaluating therapists, look no further. She is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive, but, most importantly, she just gets it. I feel extremely fortunate that my wife happened upon Jan Gallaghers website and made that first appointment. I cannot possibly recommend Jan strongly enough!

Jan is the ultimate counsellor. I have been her patient both individually as well as with my wife and she has been so helpful no matter what the situation. Jan is an amazing therapist. She has helped me in so many ways on problems that I have struggled with for years. I had tried so many other things, including other therapists and coaching programs as well as reading countless books. After almost 5 years of fighting with the same problems I finally met Jan. And in around 9 months my life was completely changed. Things that used to bother me are of virtually no consequence now. Im doing better now than I have ever done.
