I have been to more psychiatrists than I can count after 25 years of anxiety and depression.  Dr. Galliano-Pardo is wonderful.  She takes time to get to know her clients and create relationships.  I believe she really wants her patients to get well.  She is willing to discuss alternative treatment modalities (i.e. TMS, esketamine) and try different medication protocols until you feel better! Jasmine and Claire are caring and supportive team members as well!

My experience with Dr. Galliano and most of her staff was actually very good. The reason for the lower rating is that she has unfortunately made the mistake of hiring her husband, Barney, as the office administrator and billing supervisor. Barney is completely incompetent in his position(s) and has a habit of lying in order to cover for his inadequacies/laziness.

Nothing short of malpractice! Changed my daughter’s medications without a full medical history and then told my daughter to go to another doctor after Dr. Galliano’s medication changes put her back into active psychosis. DO NOT trust this woman with anyone you care about!

This review is intended for anyone even considering the services of Dr. Galliano-Pardo for mental health needs. A week before my first visit, I was emailed a handbook of rules and what not, and was forced to give out my credit card info to even make an appointment. (This is so they can charge you whenever they want to for anything.) I printed out the handbook and new patient packet, and filled it out. I declined the drug screening, because I refuse to pay for it out of pocket. As an officer of the law, I would not be in my position if I was an addict or whatever else... And I felt like it was against my rights as a human being. Anyways, I had an appointment today at 11:30 am, and was not even called back until after 12. When I had showed up super early, and there were no other patients waiting. When I declined the drug test, I went out front and asked if I could leave since the doctor wouldn't see me, the boy behind the counter LAUGHED at me and told me it would be a $250 fee for not showing up... when clearly I had been there for a few hours. Very unprofessional. Please save yourself the pain and do not go here.
