        I enjoy when sales(wo)men are casual and friendly but I think this is too much. Can you tell me why your employees are working while theyre sick?? First they blame me for not telling them what storage size I wanted for a new iPhone, then they joke around with their coworker about how theyre sick. They then get me sick right as I leave for a huge trip. T-mobile should not be allowing their employees to work while sick, and its common courtesy to at least mask up if youre forced to work.

        J. Carlos provided outstanding quality service to my husband and I! My husband needed a new android phone but unsure which one would be the best one for him. J. Carlos listened intently and then showed us an excellent android Samsung phone that is just perfect! J. Carlos made it so easy because he did all the work in setting up the new phone taking care of everything from start to finish! He is friendly, professional, competent, communicates effectively, and trustworthy. Not only did we get a quality phone but the best customer service ever! And best of all if my husband needs help it's just around the corner or a phone call away. We're completely satisfied and highly recommend T-Mobile at Argyle Forest. Thank you, J. Carlos and everyone at T-Mobile.
