I would like to recognize Joe who was not only a very professional service man, but who has made our home a very enjoyable place to be. He changed the fan motor on our Hvac which was noisy and made our home environmentally uncomfortable. Thanks you so much Joe.

We have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. We just sold our home and called them to come out and look into an electrical issue with the AC (which mind you is only 2 years old). They no-showed on us, rescheduled, and then no showed again TWO MORE TIMES. Now theyre telling our realtor they cannot come until August. We are literally waiting on them to come so we can close on our home. Totally unreliable service. Also- Our AC stopped working after only a year. We had them come look t it and they misdiagnosed our issue and ordered the wrong parts. We went a week without AC and they were little to no help. Whatever you do, dont use this company!

I'd give a zero if I could and STRONGLY recommend you hire someone else. We were told that the work we needed done was under warranty, yet at the end of the day we paid nearly $500 for a new thermostat (the third one they've installed btw) that I found on Amazon for $45. At the end of the repair, we were informed that we also needed a heat strip that would need to be ordered and would be another labor charge. Had he told me at the beginning when he 1st noticed that, I could have verified again r.e. the warranty and price checked around (which I later did with estimates ranging from $195 to $210 - Including Labor). We were told that this 2nd item was the reason the thermostat kept breaking, and we logically concluded that the new thermostat should have been free as the problem part is under warranty. Had we realized earlier that the warranty wouldn't apply, we would have definitely gone with someone else, as we have had nothing but bad experiences with this company (who we later found out has a terrible reputation) and have found them to be dishonest, and MASSIVELY overcharging for their services. On top of everything else, the technician was rude, condescending, and very difficult to understand through a heavy accent. When we complained, they sent out a 2nd technician who blatantly said we'd been price gouged, and said the technician didn't even do any of the work he'd charged us for except the new thermostat, and we did not need a heat strip. We later found that they pay their techs by the hour, so they are encouraged to spend as much time as possible, Of course, the 2nd Air Flow Tech said we had black mold in the house and wanted us to install a black light unit as an all day job for several thousand dollars. We paid to have the house tested, there's nothing here. We called Air Flow and were told they had sent our concerns to a higher level person. We never heard from them again. Again, I cannot overstate that you SHOULD NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 0 stars. This company installed and maintained my AC system 12 years ago. I called in late May/early June 2023 to get the system inspected to get ready for the hottest part of the summer. Both systems worked fine. Technician came out, said I needed 2 new capcitors. He pulled the filter out of the main unit and it was wet. He said everything was good now except I needed to replace the capicitors and replace the filter. I had both capasitors replaced. When the same technician came out later for the capacitors he now noticed I needed a new compressor. He quoted around $2000. I didn't want to replace it on the day I thought it would all be resolved. I called a couple of weeks later to set up replacement. No one called me back. I called and left messages. Now part is backordered, the main system is leaking water, and the new price is $3800 for the compressor. Every time they come out I get hard sales pitch on replacing to new systems and a new set of problems. Austin in service/sales states in his professional opinion, AC systems only last between 7-12 in Florida and I must replace. At every turn there has been shoddy work, poor communication, pressure to replace entire system, lack of response, and I suspect active sabotage. Nocatee families beware!
