The guys from Fuse arrived the same day I called them, literally within an hour and a half to two hours. They quickly diagnosed the issue, determined that the condenser motor was faulty. After I approved the repair cost, they promptly replaced it. Overall, from the moment I called the company to when my air conditioner started cooling again, it took less than four hours. I've had my air conditioner repaired before, but it was never this fast. Thanks to Sergey, he's a true professional!

I recently moved to Jacksonville from Washington state and recently purchased a home here. As a newcomer to Florida, I'm still adjusting to the warmer climate, so when our air conditioner suddenly stopped working on a sweltering day, it was quite a shock. Had some AC trouble at home and called Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair to sort it out. They were spot-on! Showed up when they said they would, and Alex, the technician, was really nice and polite. Being behind the wheel all the time, I'm constantly on the road, so coming back home after a month-long haul and finding my AC acting up was a real bummer, not the homecoming I was looking forward to, you know? But hey, I rang up FUSE, and those guys jumped on it right away. They rolled in fast and got my AC fixed up in no time. Can't thank 'em enough for their quick response and top-notch service.
