Hammond Heating & Air Conditioning

Woke up this Saturday morning to a warm house. Called an HVAC service and left a voice message. Waited over an hour with no response. Called Hammond and left a message and received a reply in minutes from a friendly voice. Bryan came out within an hour and had the problem fixed in a very short time. It cost a bit more for the weekend but we are cool and happy with the service.

Bryan was great, he came out and quickly fixed our AC after calling early this morning. Would highly recommend, him and this company!

Brian Ludwig a technician came out for service and explained my system to me so I can better maintain this unit. As far as this companies $178 yearly maintenance contract it is nonexistent! The office personnel makes excuses for not following through with the plan by saying they have the wrong telephone number or email, an excuse they give me every time I call!!!

Had a problem with one of our AC units. Brian came out and fixed the problem. It helps that he really knows what he is doing and can explain everything so we can make informed decisions. We have had a regular service contract with Hammond for three years now. They installed a unit for my workshop. Have been completely satisfied with all of their work.
