Im a disabled vet on a fixed income with a lot of sudden home expenses the last couple months. When my AC went out during this heat wave, right at the start of 4th of July weekend, I was PANICKED to say the least! I know less than a handful of people here and made a desperate plea online for someone who wouldnt charge an insane holiday rate but I didnt actually expect anyone to be able to come out til at least Wednesday. But Greg from Freedom Cooling Company responded that night and came to the rescue the next day just like he said he would! He knew exactly what needed done, had the part on the truck ready to go, answered all my questions, and gave me some tips about the system. Cant say enough how grateful I am Greg came right out and took care of everything, and without charging an arm and a leg for an emergency holiday weekend call! Cant recommend highly enough! He and his wife were the kindest people Ive come across in a long time and I cant thank them enough for saving the day! Service: A/C system repair

My AC went out in one of my homes. I called out a couple of companies to service, and both tried to convince me to get a unit for over 7k. I called Freedom on a whim, they came out and fixed the problem. Cold air again. Great service and most importantly, they are HONEST! Highly recommend!
