Alan the service man was very professional. He communicated exactly what he was doing, how long it would take etc. he went above and beyond to service and clean our HVAC. We would highly recommend working with this company.

The crew sent out to my home to install a new AC system was very polite. They listened to my comments and concern on the installation. The work was performed in a timely manor and my new system was up and running the same day. I do have negative comments on the actual work performed, as you can see in the photo, the drain line was run around the ducting instead of between the air handle and return ducting taking up a significant amount or valuable garage space and susceptible to damage. Additionally, the return ducting was installed with the quickest and easiest approach, instead of cutting the ducting at the top it was cut midway so now there is a 3 inch inset in the middle, if the duct was properly installed, the base with Air Purifier and the duct entering my ceiling would be perfectly aligned not creating improper air flow restriction. I questioned these item and was told it didn't matter to function where I see it as poor planning and workmanship. Following my initial review, I was contacted by Robert the vice president of sale whom offered to correct the installation. A different crew, Jesse & Eric arrived on time and completely refitted my entire air handler and return ducting and corrected the drain line routing, the crew even went the extra mile and provide assurance the work was to code with reinforcements to the air handler duct and added additional sealing dope around the ceiling-to-duct joints, all-in-all the repair work was excellent, it was unfortunate the initial work was unacceptable and an inconvenience to me.
