    HarmonyCare has great clinicians (Nurses and Aides). However, the physicians ARNPs, office staff and Administration are in need of training in patient centered care, basic customer service, cultural competence, verbal de-escalation, conflict resolution, effective listening, critical thinking, and most importantly, "The Golden Rule"! If your family member requires anything above what is "usual and customary", you will find that HarmonyCare is unable to provide all of the care, therapies, education, resources and support they initially promised. Instead, they will softly suggest that another agency, maybe hospice, is more appropriate. That is after they've billed for as many "episodes" they feel Medicare will pay for, without questioning medical necessity. I recommend recording all telephone conversations and home visits!
