Isa Serrano came to give my Mom IV infusion home care after getting out of ICU at Baptist Nassau. She was AMAZING!!!! The level of care and knowledge shared relative to my Mom's condition (sepsis/UTI) was beyond appreciated. It is refreshing to know there are still some medical professionals willing to go above and beyond their call. Isa was incredible in providing information and feedback that we so desperately needed and didn't receive upon my Mom's discharge. Thank you Isa for just being you.

Admin Staff is unfriendly to say the least. Condescending and only focused on company not patients. Several visits went unstained. Do not even consider what patients have to say. On the other Hand Nurses whom came out were very good all around and really cared.

I had a knee replacement and required physical therapy after discharge from the hospital. Sharlene provided professional and caring therapy. She knew exactly how to push me to accomplish the goals necessary for recovery. Today was my last in home therapy and I feel great!!! I'm having my other knee replaced in a few months and I will request Sharlene again. She is a true asset to your business and an awesome physical therapist!!!

Baptist Bayada Home Health Care was coming to my mom's home while I was there and their Physical Therapist continued repeatedly to talk down to my mom. We requested someone else but this same Physical Therapist that we complained on had to come back to do the supervisor visits and was still extremely rude. Management excuse was "he was the only licensed Physical Therapist for our side of town" and was making excuses for this Therapist! My mother is 75 years old and we will NOT be mistreated. We have another agency coming out now, but I'm letting everyone know our experience on the Northside. We DO NOT recommend ANYONE to this agency!!!

One of the most messed up home care services in Jacksonville.The phone number giving for upper management is disconnected.The service giving for care they are dishonest and dont even have wound care supply.The nurse will lie to you just to cover up what Baptist Hospital did wrong.This group is so incompetent and dont even care what happens to the patient and will cover up life threatening mistakes.The outcome of this service will have your life at risk.
