Concierge Home Care

Best company ever to work for. I have been working for them since June and I wished I started with them years ago. The staff are amazing, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They are so professional and treat you like family. I am so blessed, thankful and grateful to work for them.

My wife used their services for about 2 months then she went into the hospital and the nurse said on the phone if she is admitted at the hospital let us know and I quote " we will follow her there I called back I believed text her and gave her the room number not one-time did anybody from concierge ever called back to check and see how's she's doing I even called and left a message no one ever bother to see if she's doing well because if they did care then they would kept intouch isn't that what their job is just don't understand all reality they don't even deserve 1 star should be a negative one or none at all

Without a doubt. This is THE PLACE to go for home health care. I can't say enough good things about Concierge. This is my family's first experience working with a caregiver, and they been an absolute godsend! Living with cerebral palsy, I know how difficult it can be at times for the person caring for me, but the caregivers take on every challenge without hesitation. Knowing that I now have a network of such caring and dependable people is so comforting. Thank you Concierge!

Recommend this place over any other home care in Jacksonville. I've used countless companies for my mom and this one has been the best.
