        Outstanding builder and community in North Jacksonville. Close to 295 and I-95/River City Marketplace/non-chain restaurants and everything else.

        A Wonderful and Peaceful Community! While we faced some challenges during construction, this neighborhood is truly amazing. Most homes here offer great views of nature, whether it's the morning sun, the waterfront, lush green spaces, or all of the above. Surprisingly, despite being somewhat close to the Beltway, the freeway noise is minimal! What's even more amazing is the strong sense of community here!! With excellent security, neighbors watching out for each other, and everyone kept their homes and lawns well maintained, it's turning into a fantastic place to live. We can't wait to see how welcoming it becomes once all the construction is done! - if you're looking for a small community with sense of homeownership and good neighbors, it' here.
