        My neighbors fence has been destroyed by the incompetent diggers. Twice. And they only patched the holes. The whole darn fence needs to be replaced. The upright pole is bent. And how they managed to build 4, 2 story, 3br, 2ba houses on less than an acre complete with individual wells & septic tanks is pretty inconsiderate of the adjoining properties as well as the integrity of our neighborhood. There's your sign. Greed.

        We moved into our home the first week of August, upon moving in there were a few things we noticed and wanted to have addressed. American Classic Homes sent someone out within a week of our call ( they are a construction company building alot of homes - this is a good turn around time ). Bill the tech they sent out was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, made great suggestions, and fixed the few issues we had right away. The quality of our home is amazing - the issues we had was mainly paint and one minor flood light issue. We love our home and the quality of the home.
