        We have been dealing with a step issue for three weeks. Today, we were very blessed in meeting *Jasmaine*. Her customer service is extraordinary. She took our problem as if it was hers. She cares about customer care satisfaction as no one ever we have met before. She went beyond our expectations and didnt give up, making phones, sending pictures, searching multiple stores, talking to several people, until she finally found what may resolve our issue.
